Introduction

Our firm is comprised of two tenacious, experienced, and dedicated lawyers who possess more than a half-century's worth of real-world legal experience. That means you will never be passed off to a junior associate and you will never have to speak with a paralegal. Our partners will handle every aspect of your case and keep you apprised of every relevant proceeding.

Antoine Zaire

Mr. Zaire is a founding name partner at Zaire & Wade. He specializes in criminal defense, product liability, personal injury, elder law, and estate planning.

Mr. Zaire has represented thousands of clients for the firm since its inception. He has been named "Lawyer of the Year" by numerous magazines and has appeared in virtually every major national publication to offer commentary on cases in the news.

Perhaps more so than any other specialization area, Mr. Zaire is most renowned for the numerous multi-million-dollar products liability verdicts he has won for his clients. That includes decisions totalling more than $100 million against the makers of defective drugs, infant and baby walkers, motorcycles and off-road vehicles (RVs), child safety gates, sport utility vehicles (SUVs).

Mr. Wade remains extremely active championing the cause of victims' rights in matters of police brutality, human rights abuse, and sexual harassment. Mr. Wade received widespread acclaim after filing an international human rights abuse case against a Central American manufacturing conglomerate, which resulted in relief for thousands of victims reaching into South America.
