Pro Bono Work

Last Updated: Saturday, June 1, 2013

Introduction

Everyone at The Law Office of Zaire & Wade cares about the communities in which they live and work, and would therefore be happy to receive and review any request for pro bono assistance that you might have.

When submitting a request, please include as much detailed information about your situation as possible, including fact pattern, geographic location and jurisdication for the legal matter, as well as your contact information and the best time to reach you.

We will carefully consider all requests and reply to every inquiry, even in the event we personally will not be able to assist. In the case of the latter, there likely is another attorney to whom we can refer you.

Our decision as to whether we are able to furnish some legal aid at no cost will always be based on the available resources we have at that moment in time.

It shall never be based on any factor such as:

  • Gender;
  • Religious affiliation;
  • Sexual preference;
  • Race;
  • Creed;
  • Skin color;
  • Mental or physical handicap;
  • Marital status;
  • Citizenship status;
  • National origin;
  • Ancestry.
We certainly wish we could help everyone who requires legal aid but cannot afford it.

The reality is that we are only able to assist a very small number of individuals.

We thank you greatly for thinking of The Law Office of Zaire & Wade, wish you the very best of luck with your legal situation, and look forward to hearing from you.

To submit a request for pro bono work, kindly write to Zaire & Wade directly via e-mail.

You can expect a reply within no more than 1-2 weeks of submission of your request.
